Our story

Started with one roaster and a borrowed table.

Banalo began as a single machine in a shared kitchen. Today we roast small batches, bake each morning, and keep the room warm enough to stay a while.

We believe a café should feel like a well-kept journal — a few good things, done carefully, page after page.
